## The Laumont Prize is an annual competition looking for the best creation using Laumont fresh truffle or preserved truffle.

Since 2023, the Laumont Prize has been awarded to the best recipe using black truffle. This competition seeks to find the best creation using Laumont’s fresh or preserved Spanish black truffle.

The ceremony is held in Vic, Catalonia, as part of **Trufforum**, an event celebrating black truffle as a key part of the country’s gastronomic landscape.
